Description: Rocket is the mainstay of salads during Spring and Autumn. It is easy to grow fast to the eating stage and delicious, even at the flowering stage when you can add the nutty tasting flowers to salads. Larger leaves are also very tasty when stir fried.

Planting Instructions: Sow onto seed raising mix in Autumn and prick out 2.5 cm diagonal spacing. Transplant in 3-4 weeks at 10 cm diagonal spacing. Alternatively direct sow by sprinkling into prepared beds.
