This Japanese sickle features a super-strong high carbon steel curved blade on a wooden handle. Weihing in at around 100g it is lightweight and easy to use. Making easy work of harvesting flax or cutting back perennials, long grass and weeds.
Recommend cleaning your sickle after each use with a damp cloth and finishing with some camellia oil to prevent rusting. We also like our tools sharp so encourage sharpening regularly with a ceramic sharpening stone.
