returns, cancellations and exchanges
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are no longer available and refund your money or offer you a credit. Some products at Garden Objects may not be available immediately but can be pre ordered and will be labelled as such.
If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your online order confirmation. A later cancellation may not be possible as we aim to ship the goods immediately. Once orders have shipped, you will need to return your item back to us (at your cost) and we will then process a refund.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange, and all sale purchases are final.
If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product and cover all return shipping costs.
If you wish to make a return you must contact Garden Objects within 7 days to arrange your return. All goods returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. Upon return, the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days (excluding original delivery charge). You will need to cover the return postage and any import duties that may be incurred for returned items. Please note returns must be shipped to us no later than 5 days after your request has been acknowledged. We will also require proof of purchase.
Please do not send any returns until you have first contacted Garden Objects and received return confirmation.
Sale items are non refundable, and all sale purchases are final.
