organic celery | little sun seeds

Really great flavoured organic variety. Sow in trays early spring or later summer (to avoid the hottest part of the year). When seedlings are about 10cm tall, transplant the best ones (compost the weakest seedlings) in spaces 30cm apart. Celery needs rich, moist soil and full sun. Too hot and they will bolt. Keep watered well so the stalks are nice and juicy. Harvest single stalks at a time by twisting carefully at the base to remove the larger outter stalks.
