organic eggplant | little sun seeds

This is an Italian heirloom eggplant with sweet, really long fruit. The bushes grow quite tall so staking is recommended. Sow seeds in trays in spring - they do well in a warm indoor spot as the soil outdoors warms up. Transplant after 4-6 weeks. Eggplants need warmth and shelter.

Little Sun Seeds is based on Waiheke Island, and boasts a collection of organic seeds for the home gardener. Seed is sourced from across the North and South Island and packaged into envelopes with handwritten growing instructions.
