Sow direct in spring or autumn in well-dug, composty soil. Needs pollination so plant with flowers. Stake as plants grow and harvest pods 2-3 months later. This is a carbon crop so essential for planting after heavy-feeders - any leafy green, brassica, tomato etc. It will replace the carbon in the soil and keep your earth healthy!
