Handmade mushroom knife for fungi foraging. Made in Sweden by brush makers Iris Hantverk, this knife is crafted in birch, stainless steel and natural bristles made of horse hair. Ideal for both mushroom picking and for cleaning mushrooms. The knife has a grip-friendly handle, an effective but soft brush and is packaged in a handy tube.
