SHIPPING | GENERAL INFORMATION

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made. Prices are based on destination - a guide to these can be seen in the table below. 

We aim to dispatch stocked items within 2 days of your purchase being confirmed (please note current dispatch time frames are 5-7 days). When an order is placed on a Friday or before a New Zealand public holiday we will dispatch the goods on the next working day.

SHIPPING | NEW ZEALAND

The typical delivery times for main centre deliveries within New Zealand is 3 working days. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer at 4-6 working days.

We ship all orders within New Zealand with either Poste Haste, Castle Parcel or NZ Post. Unfortunately no orders can be delivered to PO Boxes.

All prices below are in New Zealand Dollars.

SHIPPING | INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Japan, UK & USA, shipping charges for these countries will be calculated at check out.

If you live outside of these zones we are happy to offer you a bespoke shipping quote. Please contact us should you wish to obtain a quote.

Once an item is purchased and passed to the courier for shipping it becomes the property of the buyer, and as such the buyer will be eligible for any customs or duty charges payable on entry to your destination.

Garden Objects will not be held responsible for any additional charges or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please endeavor to contact your local customs office for more information.
