Quick growing with a peppery leaf. Does best in cooler weather in a little shade and rich, moist soil. It is recommended to harvest before the leaves are too big, stalky and bitter. Stagger planting for a continuous supply and water well.

You can direct sow in cooler weather then space apart once growing. Cut out flowers that form so the plant's energy is directed into growing leaves!
